Full website for an Ibiza boat-party company hosting 320,000+ guests. Designed and built on my own with Claude AI, Cursor AI, VS Code, and GitHub, no other developer needed.

Problem

Premium experience needed to convert organic search into bookings, with multi-route pricing, payments, and TripAdvisor proof, all without losing the boat-party energy.

Solution

Event listings with live pricing, step-by-step booking flow with Visa/Mastercard/PayPal/AMEX/Apple Pay, animated guest counters, FAQ accordion, WhatsApp support, and a TripAdvisor 2023-2025 award section.

Embroidery ERP

Full business management system for an embroidery manufacturer, order management, production tracking, inventory, staff & work allocation, billing. From design brief to working software, independently with AI.

Problem

An offline workshop running orders, inventory, staff allocation and billing on paper and WhatsApp. Lost orders, slow billing, no visibility into production.

Solution

Modular ERP with role-based access, real-time production board, inventory thresholds, staff allocation, and integrated billing. Wrote every requirement and prompt, reviewed every screen.

NGM Tech

Marketing site for an India-based engineering services firm, clear value prop, capability cards, lead-gen flow. Designed to convert procurement and product leaders.

Problem

Tech agencies blur together, same buzzwords, same hero, same "we deliver excellence" page. NGM needed to look credible to a procurement team in 30 seconds.

Solution

Concrete capability cards with real numbers, named case proof, and a single, prominent project-start CTA. No carousels, no chatbots.

The Diamond Port

Trade-grade diamond marketplace, certified stones, six-axis filtering, and a buyer flow that respects the expertise of the jeweler on the other end.

Problem

Diamond e-commerce is mostly cluttered marketplaces aimed at consumers. Trade buyers need GIA certs, fast filters, and price-per-carat first.

Solution

A six-axis filter bar pinned to the top, certificate-first listing cards, and a clean inquiry flow that mirrors how jewelers actually source stock.

Coaching site for a land-investing program, built around a single goal: lead capture into the next cohort. Calm, trust-led, mobile-first.

Problem

Real-estate coaching sites scream urgency and bury the actual method. Skeptical buyers bounce before they understand what they're paying for.

Solution

One promise above the fold, the method in five clear steps, real student outcomes, then the program offer. Two CTAs only, apply or watch intro.

Flyer & poster maker, 3000+ templates, drag-and-drop editor, art store and on-device export for small businesses, hosts and event organisers.

Problem

Canva is overkill for "I need a poster in 30 seconds". Small business owners want a phone-first editor with templates that already look right.

Solution

Template-led home, three taps to first export, smart text replacement, and a curated art store instead of an infinite library.

Kuberjee

Financial services platform for rural and semi-rural India, daily savings, gold investment, and a women-led "Sakhi" entrepreneurship model that puts the local agent at the centre.

Problem

Rural India is hugely under-served by formal finance. Apps assume English literacy, smartphones, and bank-first thinking, none of which the buyer always has.

Solution

Sakhi-led onboarding (real humans, in person), simple ₹/day savings flows, gold as an aspirational store-of-value, and screens that work in Gujarati first.

Wibrate

Food and grocery delivery app with free delivery, real-time order tracking and a focus on stacking customer savings on every order.

Problem

Food delivery apps make you scroll past five ad banners to find dinner. Customers churn on speed-to-cart, not on choice.

Solution

Search-first home, savings front-and-centre, and a one-screen tracking experience that mirrors the actual delivery flow.

A senior engineering leader's personal site, calm, opinionated, low-on-glitter. Showcases current role, long-form writing, and ways to get in touch.

Problem

Most engineering-leader sites are GitHub READMEs in disguise, heavy on stack, light on personality. Vineet wanted the opposite.

Solution

Big name, one sentence of positioning, three clear surfaces (current, writing, contact). Designed so a recruiter or peer reads it in 20 seconds.

Website and booking experience for a 1:1 math tutoring platform, serving students from Grade 1 through college, with tutor profiles, session booking, and an online lesson space concept.

Problem

Parents need confidence in the tutor before booking. Students need a calm space to focus. Most tutoring sites optimize for SEO, not for the actual booking journey.

Solution

Trust-led tutor profiles, fast availability picker, trial session flow, and a focused online lesson space designed around the math itself, whiteboard front and centre.

Problem

Audiobook apps treat audio like a podcast app. Listeners want a reading experience, chapters, bookmarks, sleep timers, downloads.

Solution

Reader-first navigation, persistent mini-player, chapter-aware scrubbing, sleep timer presets, and a clean library that scales to six-figure title counts.
